Yes, transactions on SastaSauk are secured with SSL encryption to protect your card information and ensure a safe shopping experience.

In case of a payment failure where the amount is deducted, it will automatically be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 business days. Please contact our customer support if the refund is not processed within this period.

Products that are out of stock cannot be ordered immediately but you may choose to be notified when they become available again by selecting the ‘Notify Me’ option on the product page.

Shipping costs vary based on the order total and the delivery location. Orders under ₹999 typically incur a shipping fee, which will be detailed during the checkout process.

Delivery times depend on the shipping address and the availability of the items. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Specific delivery timelines are provided on the product page.

Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address details are correct at the time of placing the order to avoid delivery issues.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support. We will initiate an investigation and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement.

Certain items, such as large appliances or furniture, might require additional shipping time due to their size and shipping requirements. These details are mentioned on the product’s detail page.

Currently, SastaSauk does not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped at standard speeds, which are communicated on the product page and during checkout.

Currently, SastaSauk ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refund

To request a refund, you must first initiate a return through your SastaSauk account under ‘My Orders’. Once the return is approved and the item is received by our warehouse, the refund will be processed automatically.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The exact timing can vary depending on the method of payment and your bank’s policies.

Yes, you will receive a full refund for items returned in accordance with our return policy, except for any deductions for return shipping charges, if applicable. Please note that any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it reaches the shipping stage to be eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return if our return policy permits.

If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued to each payment method proportionally to the amount paid by each at the time of purchase.

For COD transactions, you will be asked to provide bank details, and the refund will be credited directly to your bank account. Please ensure that the bank account details provided are correct to avoid any delays.

 If your refund has not been received within the expected time-frame, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. SastaSauk does not provide refunds for price differences due to price changes or promotions that occur after a purchase has been made.
